The Site is a referral and information website for junk removal in Northeast Pennsylvania. When you contact us, we may connect you with an independent local junk removal provider. The provider you are connected with is responsible for performing the work, for their own pricing, and for any licenses, insurance, and permits the work requires.
Quotes and Pricing
Any price discussed on the Site, over the phone, or through a form is an estimate until the provider confirms it for your specific job. The final price depends on the volume of items, access, the type of materials, and any special handling. You should confirm the price and scope of work with the provider before work begins.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information about the items, location, and access. You confirm that you own the items or have authority to have them removed. You also agree to point out anything fragile, valuable, or personal that should not be removed, and to remove items such as cash, jewelry, documents, and keepsakes before the job starts.
Items We Cannot Take
Providers generally cannot accept hazardous materials, including paint, solvents, chemicals, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, and certain batteries and electronics. Ask the provider before booking if you are unsure whether an item is accepted.
Contact Consent
By submitting a form or giving us your phone number, you agree that we and the providers we connect you with may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by telling us you do not wish to be contacted.
No Guarantees
We provide the Site and referral service “as is.” We do not guarantee that a provider will be available at a given time, that the Site will always be available or error free, or that any particular result will be achieved.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from work performed by a provider, from your use of the Site, or from reliance on information on the Site.
